Mary Katherine is a Master's student pursuing a degree in Anthropology, concentrating in Archaeology. She received her B.A. in Anthropology/Sociology and Political Economy in 2023 from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. During her time at Rhodes, Mary Katherine was involved in fieldwork on historic sites in West Tennessee and on a prehistoric site in Southeastern Hungary. Her research interests include historic archaeology, foodways, African diaspora, and historic ceramics.
