Jordan Schaefer

Jordan Schaefer is a PhD candidate with interests in cave archaeology and rock art. His research uses digital methods, such as geographic information systems (GIS) and photogrammetry, to document and analyze the locations of rock art within the landscape. Jordan is currently using this approach in his dissertation, which seeks to understand the distribution of petroglyphs within a dark-zone cave in Tennessee’s Cumberland Plateau.
