Brigid Ogden
PhD Student | Anthropological Archaeology
Brigid Ogden is a PhD student in archaeology at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. Brigid grew up in Dublin, Ohio and received her Bachelor of Science in Anthropological Sciences from the Ohio State University in May 2018. Her research interests include the historical archaeology and bioarchaeology of colonial populations, specifically minority groups whose experiences are not well documented in written historical record. She has conducted and assisted with research on early contact Native American populations, African slave health patterns, Confederate monument dispersal patterns, and early colonial settlements of North America. Her field experience includes work in both the American midwest and east coast.
