Rebecca graduated from Hofstra University (Long Island, NY) with a B.A. in Anthropology and a B.S. in Forensic Science. As an undergraduate, she conducted research in collaboration with medicolegal death investigators and medical examiners to explore their strategies for coping with their work and the impact of their professions on their worldviews. As a graduate student, her current research interests include taphonomy and the estimation of the post-mortem interval.
