Paige is a Master’s Student studying entomology and its relationship to taphonomic processes and decomposition. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Anthropology at Michigan State University, minoring in both Entomology and Peace & Justice Studies. While there, she worked with Dr. Carolyn Issac and Dr. Joe Hefner at the Forensic Anthropology Center and aided in some recoveries. Besides that, she also worked on a forensic entomology case with Dr. Ryan Kimbirauskas and dating PMI using degree days and identifying fly larvae and their instars. Outside of forensics, she has worked at multiple archaeological field schools in both Michigan and Italy.
